Hey everyone — we’re Rollo & Amy, the faces behind GYMDOLL.

 

We’re a husband-and-wife team from the beautiful county of Cumbria, raising our blended family of three amazing children while building a brand that we truly believe in.

 

Fitness has always been a huge part of our lives, although our journeys into training looked very different.

 

Rollo has been passionate about fitness for as long as he can remember. As a former professional MMA fighter, training wasn’t just a hobby — it was his lifestyle. Although his fighting career came to an end, his passion for the sport never did, and he went on to open his own MMA gym to continue helping others grow in confidence and strength.

 

My journey was a little different…

 

I started my fitness journey shortly before meeting Rollo after going through a major weight-loss transformation. Through that process, I discovered not only a love for training, but also a whole new level of confidence within myself.

 

After giving birth to our son, my body changed again — and suddenly I found myself struggling to find gym wear that made me feel comfortable, confident, and supported. That’s where the idea for GYMDOLL was born.

 

Rollo spent countless hours researching fabrics, testing samples, and helping bring my vision to life — until eventually our kitchen was overflowing with gym wear and GYMDOLL officially began in 2023.

 

Since then, the growth of our brand and community has been incredible. I personally began pouring even more into the business in 2025, and the support we’ve received has honestly been overwhelming in the best way possible.

 

For me, GYMDOLL has never been just about building a business. It’s about helping women feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in their own skin. We believe activewear should fit and support your body exactly the way it’s meant to — no matter your shape, size, or stage of life.

 

More than anything, we want women to feel good about themselves, because life is simply too short to spend it feeling uncomfortable in your own body.
